The Best Digital Meat Thermometers
Do you still use that little round analog meat thermometer that your parents always used (just like the one in the page header)? Or perhaps you’ve never used a meat thermometer at all? Well hold on to your hats, the digital age has brought us some pretty incredible tools and meat thermometers are no exception. Nowadays digital thermometers come with all sorts of features. Some have magnetic components that stick to the outside of your grill or oven while it’s temperature probe continuously sits in the meat while cooking. Some have large displays, night grilling backlighting and a wide variety of other options. |
Before cooking some of our delicious natural dry-aged beef, make sure your grill is cleaned and ready. We've got some excellent tips to help you prepare and clean your grill for the season.
When it comes to cleaning all of the grease and build on on you grill it's important to give it a deep cleaning every now and then. You can do this by removing the grills (make sure to wear gloves) and soaking them in buckets of soapy water. Dawn is the best for this because it is one of, if not the best grease cutting soap. While your grill is soaking you can scrub under the hood and the walls of the BBQ with more dawn or a grill brush until they're squeaky clean, too. Before putting your grill back together make sure to wipe the elements and scrub them down. Hopefully this provided insight on how to prepare your grill for our tasty beef. |
